Required Books: World Languages

Below you will find links to the books required for your World Language class for the 2019/20 school year. Each class has its own "box" of required books, so be sure you are looking at the correct class before you make any purchases. French II

Please order the ecahier and cahier interactif, both of which are through supersite codes. Keep the supersite code for the fall - you'll need it to sign up.

French III

Be sure to buy the Supersite code, and the eCahier code. The digital version of the textbook (vText), combined with the two codes is the best deal. If you buy a used textbook or have access to a used copy, you can buy the Supersite code and the eCahier code on the VHL website.

French Culture & Communication

Students will get more information from the teacher on the first day of class.

AP French

Students need to buy the online workbook for AP Prenons as well.

Used edition of Themes 1e is fine, but you will also need to buy the Supersite code.

Chinese I & II

It is OK to purchase a used textbook. Please purchase new copies of the paperback Workbook (not the online Workbook) and Character workbook.

Chinese III

This is a new edition (4th edition) of Integrated Chinese. Please purchase new copies of the paperback Workbook (not the online Workbook) and Character Workbook.

 

Chinese IV

Chinese III and IV use the same textbook and workbooks. No need to buy new ones for Chinese IV if student has the books from Chinese III. New students, please purchase new copies of the paperback Workbook (not the online Workbook) and Character Workbook. Ok to purchase a used textbook.

Chinese V

This is a new edition (4th edition) of Integrated Chinese. No need to buy Volume 3, 4th Ed. Textbook and Character Workbook. Just purchase the Workbook.

Spanish I

The teacher will provide book information on the first day of class.

Spanish II

Students will receive exact instructions about the purchase of an e-cuadeerno and access to the "Supersite" in the first week of class. 
 

Spanish III

No book purchase required.

Spanish IV

No book purchase required.

HLC - Hispanic Literature & Communication

The audio version is also recommended.

AP Spanish

Students will receive exact instructions once school begins.
